I am going to get Tein/KYB suspension set-up and a custom magnaflow exhaust next.

So if anyone has paid attention to some of my posts, my idle was really high and erratic at best, jumping from 1200 to 2100 RPMS! Yea I know...fun! It's been doing this since I got the car from those ass jockeys over at Paragon tuing in Aurora( for all you CO guys, DO NOT GO THERE!).

So I finally get some scratch together and take it to MAC Autosport over in Parker, they are a brand new shop specializing in SR20s and DSMs. They have a AWD Dynojet so they'll have the AWD tuners cornered. Super nice guys, so I take it in and they pop the hood as soon as I pull in and begin to diagnose my problem.

So to make a long story short they found out that those two bit monkeys with wrenches at paragon, didn't hook my idle control valve up right, they had it plugged off, no tube to the IC piping....nothing! The best part is, is that I printed up diagrams, posts and pictures of everything you need to hook up and double check, and they must not have even looked at it.....rookies! "Hi...I'm Nissan...have we met?"

So made props to them and if anyone has this problem with there DET check the Idle control Valve. My car now consistently idleing at 900(cause i have an exhaust leak from the stock exhaust, probably caused by them too!) but it runs smooth as fuck and I couldn't be happier!

Sorry just had to be happy and share the solution....and that paragon tuning sucks!
